Job Title: Guest Relations Manager

As a Guest Relations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service across the front of house and communal areas, ensuring a memorable experience for our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and coordinate VIP arrivals, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Manage and assist with Front Desk operations, maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Oversee the VIP Lounge operation, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain brand standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Demonstrable experience leading a team, with excellent organization and delegation skills.
  • Charismatic presence, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
