About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Risk Insight Analyst to join our team at Virgin Media O2 Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to lead credit risk insight across our consumer base, driving business growth and enhancing our credit risk strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead credit risk insight projects, analyzing data to identify emerging trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance credit risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive reports to segment and analyze portfolio performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in credit risk management.
Requirements
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience leading projects in evaluating strategies and scorecards.
  • Demonstrated ability to build comprehensive reports to segment and analyze portfolio performance.
  • Experience of extracting, manipulating, and reviewing large amounts of data using SQL.
  • Ability to understand and formulate strategies to achieve wider business goals.
  • Experience in consumer credit risk, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.
