Literature Educator – Full Time

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a committed Literature Educator to join a vibrant Secondary School environment. This role is designed for an individual who is passionate about fostering a love for literature and language among students.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic English Department, collaborating with a team of skilled professionals dedicated to nurturing student growth and achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons in English across various educational stages.
  • Create a supportive and stimulating classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and success.
  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills to maintain a productive learning environment.
  • Plan and prepare innovative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Build strong relationships with students and colleagues through effective communication.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the English curriculum.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialization in English.
  • A minimum of 12 months teaching experience at Key Stage 4 level.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
