About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting a caring environment for our customers, ensuring they receive high-quality care tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with company, local, and national standards.
  • Support the Area Manager in assessments of individuals referred for housing, care, and support services.
  • Develop personalized support plans in conjunction with relevant professional agencies and tenants' families.
  • Assist in preparing rosters to ensure sufficient staff are available at all times.
  • Participate in the on-call rota and provide emergency cover when required.

Requirements

You will have substantial experience in providing care and support services for vulnerable adults, with previous supervisory/management experience and an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, working towards Level 5. Good commercial acumen and IT skills are also essential.
