The Role

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Lead to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the delivery of business change initiatives or workstreams of larger complex business change projects. With a customer-centric approach, you will drive the delivery of defined business benefits and outcomes while closely managing the cost of delivery.

You'll help us make health happen by:
  • Leading the planning, shaping, and management of change initiatives or workstreams in line with our identified delivery methodology.
  • Creating and managing optimized project plans, budgets, critical success factors, and key milestones for all workstreams.
  • Leading project and workstream teams, negotiating and influencing with resource managers to ensure they are optimized to achieve the agreed outcomes.
  • Encouraging effective working relationships with colleagues across Bupa and third parties, motivating them to gain commitment, support, and resource to deliver project work.
  • Effectively engaging and managing vendors, focusing on strong delivery capability and cost efficiency opportunities for the initiative.
  • Successfully coordinating the initiative and its dependencies, ensuring clear management and control of scope, budget, and quality. Setting the team cadence and flow, ensuring a consistent and sustainable delivery of activity.
  • Agreeing responsibilities clearly with individual delivery team members.
  • Demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills across a wide range of different senior stakeholders.
  • Experienced in risk, resource, and cost/benefit management.
  • Experience of multiple business and IT project delivery methodologies (e.g., MSP, Prince2, Agile, SDLC).
