T Level in Finance - Examiner Opportunity

Pearson is seeking experienced professionals to join our team as T Level Examiners for our Finance qualifications.

The Role:

We are looking for individuals with a strong background in finance and accounting to assess student work and ensure the highest standards of quality. As a T Level Examiner, you will be responsible for:

  • Marking student scripts to ensure milestones are met
  • Completing administrative tasks as specified
  • Attending standardisation events to ensure consistency
  • Regularly marking scripts during the summer and autumn series

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year's teaching and assessment experience or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or Business at Level 3
  • A degree or equivalent work-based qualification in Accounting and/or Finance/Business or membership of a relevant professional body
  • Experience with the T Level Accountancy specification and standards and regulations in the accounting and finance industries
  • Excellent communication, written, verbal, IT, and interpersonal skills
