Medical Records Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Records Officer to join our team at Circle Health Group.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive medical notes for inpatient and outpatient activities, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Store, file, and track medical records in accordance with local processes and data protection policies.
- Prepare medical records for outpatient clinics, pre-assessment clinics, and admissions, adhering to strict attention to detail.
- Operate within Data Protection Act legislation and data protection policies, handling confidential information with utmost care.
- Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
- Proficient in using a PC, including software and systems.
- Previous experience in a hospital setting.
- Excellent teamwork and customer service skills.
