Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Early Years Educator to join our team at Kids Planet Litherland. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our children. You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of our children
  • Implement the EYFS curriculum and ensure that all children make progress and achieve their full potential
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes the well-being of our children
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure that they are informed about their child's progress and well-being

Requirements

  • Qualified Early Years Educator with a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in a UK-recognised early years qualification
  • Excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculum and its implementation
  • Extensive knowledge of safeguarding procedures and practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
