Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead our water projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing the technical delivery of large-scale water projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the technical delivery of water projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and other support staff to ensure that projects are delivered to the required standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure that project requirements are met and that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered to the required standards and that all parties are satisfied with the outcome.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in managing the technical delivery of large-scale water projects.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers, technicians, and other support staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong financial management skills, with the ability to manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the water industry.
