Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Service Operations Manager to join our team at Wild Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the field service managers, managing engineer's workload, and escalating any issues to suppliers when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Field Service Manager to ensure all aspects of installs and trials are carried out correctly
  • Provide technical support to customers and the wider internal teams
  • Support and schedule engineers
  • Verify that the correct equipment is on site prior to installation
  • Reporting and data analysis
  • Liaise with suppliers and manage any issues with lead times
  • Gather all warranty information and process accordingly
  • Process customer spare parts orders
  • Regular check-ins with engineers and customers
  • Liaise with the Internal Sales Manager and Head of Servicing

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a scheduling role is essential
  • Able to work collaboratively with the rest of the team
  • Can demonstrate a proactive approach with customers
  • Manage their workload efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Can work under pressure
  • Has a good understanding of technical aspects of the role, with similar industry experience being beneficial
