Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Field Service Manager to ensure all aspects of installs and trials are carried out correctly
  • Provide technical support to customers and the wider internal teams
  • Support and schedule engineers to optimize their workload and efficiency
  • Verify that the correct equipment is on site prior to installation
  • Compile and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Liaise with suppliers to manage lead times and resolve any issues
  • Gather and process warranty information
  • Process customer spare parts orders
  • Regularly check in with engineers and customers to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Internal Sales Manager and Head of Servicing to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a scheduling role is essential
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the rest of the team to achieve common goals
  • Proven ability to demonstrate a proactive approach with customers
  • Strong analytical skills to manage workload efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good understanding of technical aspects of the role, with similar industry experience preferred
