Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Innovation Director to lead our product innovation efforts in the FMCG sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and building our clients' brands through strategic innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition and Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and win new business opportunities.
  • Project Leadership: Lead strategic innovation projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Hands-On Involvement: Engage in every aspect of the work, from idea generation to product development, and collaborate with R&D and technical teams.
  • Team Collaboration: Work independently and as part of a small, global team of senior directors to drive successful outcomes.
  • Expertise Utilization: Leverage your expertise in trends, data, research, and concept development to drive successful outcomes.
  • Workshops and Sprints: Facilitate workshops and innovation sprints, ensuring productive and creative sessions.
  • Product Briefs and Prototyping: Develop detailed product briefs and oversee the refinement of product prototypes.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of winning and leading large-scale Consumer Product innovation projects.
  • Extensive experience in growing and nurturing client relationships.
  • Strong expertise in identifying market opportunities and developing innovative concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a senior-level team.
  • Hands-on approach to all aspects of the innovation process.
