We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse to join our team as a Sister/Charge Nurse in our Ophthalmic Outpatients department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading and managing a team of nurses, and contributing to the development of our services.
Main Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, demonstrating expertise and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead and manage a team of nurses, promoting a positive and supportive work culture.
- Develop and implement innovative practices to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Contribute to the development of our services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.
