SEN Teaching Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a brilliant SEND school in London. The school's ethos focuses on nurturing to challenge and inspire children to achieve their full potential.

About the Role

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support one of our classroom teachers in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for students aged 4-16. Your role will involve:

  • Providing individualized support to students with special educational needs
  • Assisting with lesson planning and delivery
  • Helping to manage behavior and develop communication skills
  • Supporting students with daily living tasks and personal care
  • Collaborating with the teaching team to develop and implement individualized education plans
