About the Role:

Huntr Talent Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of 10-15 key accounts, with a primary focus on expanding our product lines within these accounts and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing retail accounts, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and areas for expansion, informing future product development and marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging and product offerings.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional product lines within your assigned accounts, developing and executing strategies to increase sales volume and market share.
  • Monitor sales performance, analysing trends and adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities, including targeting potential new retail partners.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Sales or Account Management role, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, retail or FMCG industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • A passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry.
