We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our care services in the Norfolk area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, delivering high-quality care, and achieving financial and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with key contacts in our regions, focusing on the private market.
  • Lead Sales & Business Development activities for all branches, driving growth and expansion.
  • Ensure all services are fully resourced through effective recruitment management, maintaining a skilled and motivated team.
  • Conduct regular audits of our branches to ensure financial and operational processes are implemented effectively.
  • Provide one-to-one reviews with branch managers to enhance and develop their business areas and skills.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing operations in a care home or similar healthcare setting.
  • Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the care home industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to achieve business objectives.
  • Knowledge of best practices in quality care and environment for elderly residents.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
