As a Retail Sales Associate, prior technical knowledge is not a requirement; all new team members participate in a comprehensive induction program either online or at our training academy.


During this training, you will acquire essential skills and insights to assist you in selling, serving, and supporting our customers effectively.


From supplier-led training sessions to hands-on product testing, we will equip you with the confidence needed to provide top-tier recommendations.

Our Sales Associates work flexibly during our operational hours, which generally include weekends.

Our stores operate seven days a week, typically between 9 AM and 8 PM, although this may vary by location.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be tasked with:

  • Engaging customers with insightful questions to align them with suitable products.
  • Ensuring every customer interaction is memorable.
  • Providing additional services such as delivery, installation, recycling, and payment options.
  • Contributing to the overall sales success of the store.
  • Collaborating across various departments and product categories.
  • Assisting in store operations by completing necessary tasks.
Our Sales Associates share a common enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service.
