  • Manage client queries and log issues with site accordingly.
  • Assist with the creation and circulation of reports for both Returns and E.fulfillment in line with timeframes as specified.
  • Manage client inbox, and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist clients' Merchandisers and key contacts with queries on Stock, CMO, Customer queries, Replenishment, Hamper builds, Returns and E.fulfillment.
  • Process corrections on orders, review and issue of re-work instructions, corporate order management, orders in error corrections and escalations, track sample requests and other administrative tasks as outlined in the departmental SOPs.
  • Support with Wholesale despatches (printing orders, completing paperwork and keeping labelling guidance up to date with support from client).
  • Provide annual leave cover for the Account Executive and administration colleagues.
  • Liaise with client key contact on a daily basis in an articulate and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Previous administrative experience is desired.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Competent in all Microsoft Office platforms.
  • Experience within a logistics/warehousing environment would be preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills both written and verbal.
  • Confident communicator to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiastic.
