Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective support to the planning management team to ensure the planning process runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Undertake administration activities, including holiday and overtime approvals, issuing rotas, and updating absence.
  • Ensure communication flows between the planning team and warehouse to drive performance and operational excellence.
  • Maintain departmental spreadsheets and reports to ensure the integrity of KPI data.
Requirements
  • A strong understanding of resource planning, warehouse routines, and systems.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of time and attendance systems.
  • The ability to work well on your own initiative, producing high-quality and accurate work.
