Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a committed and knowledgeable Health and Safety Consultant to become a vital part of our Risk & Assurance (R&A) team.
Your Responsibilities:
As a Health and Safety Consultant at Pioneer Selection Ltd, you will be instrumental in overseeing our construction initiatives throughout the UK. Your expertise will be essential in guaranteeing that our projects maintain safety from the planning phase to final execution.
Key Duties Include:
- Delivering extensive R&A support across various construction sites.
- Collaborating early with construction and design teams to pinpoint risks and propose effective solutions.
- Persuading key stakeholders to uphold the highest safety standards.
- Traveling nationwide with regular overnight stays, closely partnering with our construction management teams.
Qualifications We Seek:
NEBOSH General Certificate:
A prerequisite for ensuring immediate impact in the role.
Experience in Construction:
Demonstrated history of providing health and safety guidance across multiple construction sites.
Strong Communication Skills:
Ability to engage and influence at all levels to prioritize safety.
Full UK Driving Licence required.
