Part Time Operations Administrator

This role is for a part-time Operations Administrator to join our client's team on a part-time basis. The client is a high-end household goods wholesaler.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage order processing and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Coordinate retailer promotions and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Deal with retailer escalations regarding stock levels and payment.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to accounts, including price changes and process updates.
  • Support and collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Confident and outgoing individual with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Focused with a keen eye for detail and a strong client service ethic.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and conflicting priorities.
  • Proficient in administration and Excel skills, with high energy levels and a positive outlook.
  • A self-starter with gravitas and natural confidence.
