Position Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Self-Employed Mortgage and Protection Consultant to join a well-established, high-net-worth independent mortgage brokerage. This firm is experiencing growth due to a steady influx of quality client leads.

Role Responsibilities:

  • As a Mortgage and Protection Consultant, you will receive a substantial volume of pre-qualified client leads weekly, eliminating the need for an existing client base.
  • Engage with high-net-worth clients, providing expert mortgage advice across various products, including Residential, Buy-to-Let, Bridging, Commercial, Development, Overseas, Expat, and Foreign National Mortgages.
  • Handle mortgage cases typically ranging from £500,000 to £2 million, along with property development projects of significant value.

Working Hours: The role operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Compensation: Enjoy a competitive commission structure with no thresholds, leading to a realistic on-target earnings (OTE) of approximately £80,000 in your first full year, with potential for growth in subsequent years.

Initial Financial Support: New consultants may receive a financial guarantee or retainer for up to six months to ensure a smooth transition as your commission pipeline develops.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in mortgage broking, preferably within the independent sector.
