About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator to join our team at Your Mortgage Recruiter Ltd. As a Mortgage Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Mortgage Brokers in administering mortgage and finance cases from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all cases are compliant and accurately recorded on our CRM system
  • Chase underwriters for updates and work with Mortgage Brokers to compile answers to underwriting queries
  • Respond to any compliance queries and attend weekly meetings with Mortgage Brokers to ensure cases are flowing efficiently
  • Provide offer documents to clients, including offer invoices, and liaise with solicitors to ensure cases are progressing smoothly
  • Process completion invoices and claim procuration fees, and conduct completion checks via the CRM
  • Arrange for Business Development Managers from lenders to visit our office and work with the CEO on complex cases
Requirements
  • Direct industry experience as a Mortgage Administrator, Paraplanner, or Case Manager, preferably in the independent brokerage sector
  • Pro-active, hardworking, and highly organized with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines, sometimes independently
What We Offer

We offer a competitive basic salary of between £25,000 and £35,000, negotiable based on skill-set, ability, and role experience, plus benefits.
