**Job Summary**
Jobseekers Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a temporary basis. As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality HR services to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Management Support**: Provide expert advice to managers on various HR issues, including legislation and best practices. Develop effective working relationships and promote best practices within the HR team and across the organization.
- **Employee Relations**: Advise managers on HR policies, employment legislation, and manage individual cases. Provide advice and support on change management processes.
- **General HR**: Support colleagues, contribute to HR policies and procedures, and process contractual changes.
- **Communication and People Skills**: Communicate confidential information across the organization with diplomacy and discretion. Uphold confidentiality at all times.
**Requirements**
- CIPD qualification is preferred.
**About the Role**
