Your Role as a Sales Negotiator

As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Generating and booking valuations to maximize sales opportunities
  • Conducting property viewings to showcase properties and build relationships with clients
  • Negotiating offers to secure sales and meet client expectations
  • Progressing sales through to exchange and completion, ensuring a smooth transaction process
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a proven track record of success
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
