Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Mobile M&E Technician to join our team at Thrive SW. This role involves providing maintenance services across various locations, ensuring optimal functionality of mechanical and electrical systems.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct both planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Perform testing and inspection duties as required, while collaborating with other engineers on site.
  • Participate in an on-call rota to deliver comprehensive out-of-hours support to clients.

Key Duties:

  • Supervise subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality standards and health and safety regulations.
  • Exhibit flexibility by assisting with maintenance tasks across various properties within the portfolio.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures in all aspects of work.
