Job Description

Job Title: Care Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our clients, supporting them to achieve independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with safe lifting and moving of service users
  • Administer medication as required
  • Prepare and plan meals to meet individual needs
  • Enable service users to achieve independence in accordance with their care plan
  • Provide general companionship and support as needed
