Job Summary

We are recruiting for a Care Assistant to work with our residents, providing support and companionship to ensure they receive the quality care and support they deserve. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and providing emotional support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of belonging and well-being.
  • Support residents with their personal care needs, including toileting, feeding, and mobility.
  • Assist with medication administration and record-keeping.
  • Participate in resident care planning and review.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in care work, preferably in a care home setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
