Facilities Management Coordinator (6 month contract)

Location: Mansfield

Compensation: £30,000 plus £3,000 car allowance (pro rata)

This Facilities Management Coordinator position is tailored for you.

In this role, you will oversee the coordination of both internal and external engineering teams, ensuring that all facilities within your designated area remain compliant and addressing any maintenance issues that may arise. You will have the opportunity to visit various sites, providing a personal touch to the service delivery.

This contract is in place to cover for a team member on extended leave, making it an excellent opportunity for those seeking immediate employment with stability.

We welcome candidates with experience in facilities administration or engineering coordination to apply.

As site visits are a requirement, a valid UK driving license and personal vehicle are necessary. A car allowance will be provided to cover expenses related to vehicle use.

Compensation Package

• £30,000 basic salary (pro rata)

• £3,000 car allowance (pro rata)

• 27 days of paid leave (pro rata) in addition to public holidays
