About the Role

Our client, a leading machine tool support company, is seeking an experienced Machine Tool Service Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to a diverse customer base, including blue-chip companies and smaller enterprises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation, servicing, and repair of CNC and manual machine tools, both old and new.
  • Completing weekly TMS timesheets via iAuditor.
  • Ensuring service sheets are signed off by both the customer and the engineer.
  • Submitting daily timesheets and job reports.
  • Providing job updates to the office by 3:00 PM each day.
  • Notifying the office upon job completion.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years' proven experience as a Machine Tool Service Engineer.
  • Knowledge of DMG MORI, Haas, and Doosan machinery is highly desirable.
  • Experience with controls such as Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc, and Mitsubishi.
  • Robotics experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical fault diagnosis skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse workload.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
