Senior Electrical Engineer

Wallacewhittle is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing electrical engineering projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement electrical engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including design, construction, and operations, to ensure electrical engineering projects are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure electrical engineering projects are delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies to ensure electrical engineering projects are delivered using the latest and most effective methods.
Requirements:
  • BEng (Hons) degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Chartered or working towards Chartership with IET/CIBSE.
  • Proven experience in electrical engineering, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
