Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 6pm, Friday 8:45am to 5:30pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am to 1pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
The position of Senior Sales Consultant will involve growing the property register by winning instructions and assisting the Branch Manager in maximising branch profit. You will have the ability to build an excellent rapport with clients, delivering first-class service every time. You will be part of a highly motivated and target-driven team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and maximise business opportunities
- Advertise properties, deal with booking property viewings, and registering applicants
- Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and face-to-face
- Achieve personal and branch sales targets
- Introduce new business opportunities to the team
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a good understanding of the property market and be able to build strong relationships with clients.
