Job Title: Live-In Care Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead. As a Live-In Care Professional, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, including engaging in activities and hobbies
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support with continence care and morning/evening routines
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping tasks
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social events
  • Provide emotional support and understanding to clients with dementia or Alzheimer's

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of live-in care experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if required)
  • Enhanced Disclosure and Business Insurance (if required)
