Resident Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Resident Host to join our team at a Build to Rent development in Maidenhead.
About the Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Monitor and maintain the building's amenities, ensuring compliance with Fire, Life & Safety systems.
- Process resident payments and track maintenance requests, responding promptly to resident inquiries.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to engage residents with confidence and provide a high level of customer service.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £27,000.
- A full-time role with 40 hours per week, including Saturdays on a 1 in 2 or 3 basis.
- The opportunity to work for a leading company in the Build to Rent sector.
