- Monitor and maintain the amenity spaces, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Conduct regular compliance inspections to ensure all Fire, Life & Safety systems are functioning correctly and address any issues promptly.
- Process resident payments accurately and efficiently, providing excellent customer service.
- Track and respond to maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution and excellent communication with residents.
