We are seeking an experienced ERP IT Business Systems Analyst/ERP IT Applications Analyst to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive application functionality, configuration, and support expertise for application software solutions.
Key Responsibilities- **Analyzing and Evaluating ERP Application Functionality**: You will analyze and evaluate ERP application functionality to provide recommendations to increase utilization of standard application functionality, thereby improving business processes and capabilities.
- **Determining Optimum Application Setup and Configuration**: You will determine and document optimum application setup and configuration to meet functional requirements and specifications.
- **Developing Expertise in Latest Oracle ERP Application Changes and Solution Trends**: You will develop expertise in the latest Oracle ERP application changes and solution trends and functionality, providing functional recommendations as required.
- **Developing and Maintaining Strong Relationships with Vendors**: You will develop and maintain strong relationships with relevant vendors and work with them to improve application functionality and resolve functionality issues.
- **Acting as Subject Matter Expert**: You will act as a subject matter expert and point of contact on content related to all processes, procedures, and functionality associated with assigned applications for projects and application support.
- **Creating and Managing Functional Specifications**: You will create and manage functional specifications for a given project from which programs and configurations will be applied to create the program, application, or complete solution.
- **Building Strong Customer Relationships**: You will build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- **Creating Solution Design Documents, Test Cases, and Test Scripts**: You will create complete solution design documents, test cases, and test scripts as required.
- **Creating Diagrams, Models, and Documentation**: You will create diagrams, models, and documentation to build a solution that meets buildability, business, technical, security, governance, and compliance requirements.
- **Extensive Experience in Business Process Understanding and Solution Design**: You will have extensive experience in understanding business processes and designing solutions as per business requirements.
- **Ability to Troubleshoot Peripheral Integrations**: You will have the ability to troubleshoot peripheral integrations.
- **In-Depth Understanding of EBS Table Structure**: You will have an in-depth understanding of EBS table structure.
- **Ability to Manage Complex Issues**: You will have the ability to manage complex issues and make sense of complex, high-quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
- **Functional Knowledge and Implementation Experience in Oracle R12 EBS Modules**: You will have functional knowledge and implementation experience in the following Oracle R12 EBS modules: Work in Process (WIP), Bill of Materials (BOM), Costing (CST), Inventory (INV), Oracle Warehouse Management including MSCA and Order Management (OM), and Advance Pricing.
- **Ability to Validate Configuration Item Changes or Solutions**: You will have the ability to validate a configuration item change or solution using the Function's defined best practices, including the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards, tools, and metrics, to ensure that it works as designed and meets customer requirements.
- **A Can-Do Attitude and Proven Ability to Integrate into a Team**: You will have a can-do attitude and proven ability to integrate into a team and build relationships with senior leaders, managers, developers, testers, DBA, and other IT stakeholders.
- **Ability to Work from Client's Manufacturing Plant's Office**: You will be happy to work from the client's manufacturing plant's office for all working days.
- **Ability to Own the Project and Deliver Results**: You will have the ability to 'own' the project, remove obstacles, and deliver results as per planned timelines.
