Opportunity Overview:
We are excited to present a unique opportunity to join the Labcorp Drug Development Laboratory Analyst Graduate Program within BioPharmCMC.
BioPharmCMC encompasses a broad spectrum of pharmaceutical analysis techniques and spans the entire drug development process. The laboratory technician team plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless and continuous operation of regulated laboratories.
Positions are available within our HPLC team.
Program Details:
This is a permanent role where you will participate in a 24-month graduate training program designed to elevate new graduates from entry-level analyst to senior analyst positions within Labcorp BiopharmCMC. Key features of this training program include:
- Conducting analytical testing utilizing one of the following methodologies: HPLC
- A 24-month graduate program with progressive salary and role reviews throughout the program's lifecycle
- Building a portfolio of knowledge, skills, and competencies, demonstrated through a series of mini-project assignments.
- Executing an independent investigation relevant to Labcorp and presenting findings to key stakeholders, which will be part of the final independent assessment.
- Completing various short courses, including Root Cause Analysis, Lean Six Sigma, and sustainability in science.
- Participating in guest lectures delivered by experts in pertinent fields.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A completed degree in Life Sciences, with a preference for Chemistry
- A genuine passion for science
- A strong willingness to learn
- Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills
- Desirable: Previous analytical experience with any of the following techniques: HPLC
