As the Culinary Operations Manager, you will oversee the catering department, specifically catering to children with complex learning needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing modified diets and addressing allergies and sensory requirements.
- Contributing to menu planning and cost analysis to ensure a balanced and nutritious meal service.
- Leading a small team to guarantee timely and high-quality meal preparation.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about culinary arts and possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing a busy kitchen environment, with the ability to organize staff effectively while being hands-on in meal preparation.
- Expertise in menu development and cost management, focusing on healthy and nutritious meal options.
- A relevant Food Hygiene qualification, with practical experience in a catering setting.
Our part-time salary is calculated pro-rata based on the full-time equivalent salary advertised, according to your contracted hours.
You will work in a supportive, customer-oriented environment, with opportunities for professional growth within a national organization.
