Position Overview

The Consultancy Group (London) is seeking a seasoned SAP Function Manager to lead and develop the SAP capabilities within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Comprehensive Process Knowledge

  • Extensive experience in managing comprehensive processes derived from industry exposure or SAP S4/HANA functional design, including:
  • Order to Cash
  • Procure to Pay
  • Financial Reporting
  • Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Planning to Delivery
  • Asset Management

SAP Functional Proficiency

  • Deep understanding of SAP functionalities in designated areas of expertise and the relevant business scenarios they support, including interactions with other processes.

Data Management and Performance Metrics

  • Expertise in analyzing and managing data within processes, along with identifying critical KPIs that assess process performance and efficiency.

Organizational Structure Insight

  • Knowledge of organizational structure alternatives and the necessary trade-offs to ensure effective process execution.

Experience in Large-Scale Organizations

  • Prior experience in large-scale organizations, particularly in sectors such as manufacturing, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, or energy.

Essential Qualifications

SAP Project Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in SAP projects involving multiple entities and regions, ideally within Financial modules.

Consulting Background Preferred

Facilitation Skills

  • Proven ability to facilitate workshops, particularly focused on process-oriented requirements gathering.

Senior Stakeholder Engagement

  • Proficient in effectively managing relationships with senior stakeholders.

Travel Flexibility

  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
