Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out repairs and maintenance work on plumbing systems, including hot and cold water systems, and repair and replacement of all aspects of plumbing including sanitary fittings.
  • Diagnose faults on drainage systems, including above and underground systems.
  • Have good knowledge of vented and unvented systems using direct and indirect methods.
  • Prepare short reports for the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Experience in social housing maintenance.
  • UK driving license.
  • Multi-skilled experience.
