Job Title: Plumber Multi

Job Summary:
Conducting plumbing repairs to our clients' stock during the hours of 08.00-17.00 Monday to Friday, within the housing sector working with supported and vulnerable customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct plumbing repairs to our clients' stock within the housing sector.
• Work with supported and vulnerable customers.
• Conduct repairs, from small maintenance works i.e. replacement taps and fittings, to full bathroom re-fits, kitchen upgrades and leak detection works.
• Use an electronic handheld PDA device, with a daily job sheet of works to be undertaken.
• Effectively communicate this back to the office and management team where appropriate.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Optional - Be available on a rota basis to cover out of hours (additional recompense).
• Please note: This role is to cover the area of North East London and a vehicle, fuel card and uniform will be provided.
