Overview

Senior Software Consultant

Join our team of experts as a Senior Software Consultant and take on a challenging role that requires strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.

As a Senior Software Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions using our Merlin ERP software.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering successful projects to our clients, working end-to-end throughout the implementation process, and ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time and to budget.

  1. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Merlin Business software, with a focus on managing and delivering key projects to new clients.
  2. Manage day-to-day project aspects, setting deadlines and project tasks, and ensuring these are completed to plan.
  3. Prepare and deliver high-quality project documentation and provide regular project status reports to stakeholders.
  4. Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for Merlin clients, both on-site and remotely, using a range of training methods, including classroom-based courses and online remote training.
