Job Title: Mental Health Nurse

Merco Medical Staffing Limited is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team in Dewsbury, Yorkshire.

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate nurse who is committed to providing high-quality care to adults and older males with severe mental health conditions or neurocognitive/dementia challenges. Our hospital provides a specialist inpatient service, offering rehabilitation, recovery, and bespoke care tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered care to patients with complex mental health needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes staff well-being and development
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery
Requirements:
  • Active NMC PIN and 12 months post-qualifying experience as a Registered Nurse (RMN)
  • Relevant clinical experience in mental health care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
