Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Locum Consultant in Respiratory Medicine to join our team at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our respiratory service, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outpatient clinics and participate in service development to improve patient outcomes and experience.
  • Collaborate with consultant colleagues to run the department and contribute to clinical governance, maintaining medical excellence and management.
  • Communicate effectively with local practitioners, supporting nursing and other AHP members of the team.
  • Participate in student teaching and administrative duties associated with patient care.
Requirements
  • CCT or equivalent in Respiratory Medicine, or within 6 months of obtaining this.
  • Wide range of experience in all aspects of respiratory and general medicine.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and provide clinical leadership.
