Nurse Led Outpatient Haemato-Oncology Service Registered Nurse

We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Registered Nurse to join our busy and fast-paced Chemotherapy Day Unit / Outreach clinics. As a key member of our multi-professional team, you will provide quality and individualised care to patients, relatives, and carers.
Main Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate programmes of care in the absence of direct supervision.
- Participate in the supervision and development of junior staff / learners within the outpatient environment.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
