About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team at DiverseJobsMatter on a permanent basis, reporting into the Head of IT Service and Operations.
As the Service Delivery Manager, you will work closely with the wider IT team and key business stakeholders to promote a centre of service excellence, ensuring that internal customer requirements and service expectations are understood and delivered on time.
Some of the key activities in this role will be planning, implementing, and controlling the review of service provision, as well as defining, negotiating, and implementing service level agreements. You will be accountable for all change management activities, including release and transition stage gates. With full budget responsibility for your services, you will build strong strategic partnerships with key suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT service management strategies to meet business objectives.
- Lead and manage IT service partner teams to deliver high-quality services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize service improvements.
- Manage service level agreements and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in IT service management and leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze complex technical information and communicate it effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
