We are looking for well-organized, adaptable, and dedicated individuals to become part of our supportive team of Higher Level Teaching Assistants.

This position is fixed-term with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.

You will report directly to the Vice Principal or the Phase Leader and will be tasked with delivering lessons to all students in the absence of class teachers.

Previous experience in educational settings is preferred; however, it is crucial that candidates possess GCSE (or equivalent) qualifications in English and Maths at Grade C or above.

Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate excellent behavior management skills, as many classes will not have additional Teaching Assistant support. Collaborate effectively as a team member while also being capable of working independently. Exhibit commitment, punctuality, and reliability in all tasks.
