Job Title: Senior Technical Infrastructure Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure delivery team, you will be responsible for leading multiple simultaneous networking programs in a highly cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple simultaneous networking programs, collaborating with internal customers, network engineering, network deployment, and operations teams, as well as external vendors.
  • Establish trust with stakeholders and customers, manage capital budgets, eliminate non-value-add activity, and find creative ways to accelerate project delivery.
  • Communicate technical concepts, identify project implementation issues, and work with highly technical teams to remove barriers to project success.
  • Have a strong sense of helping people succeed together with friendliness, respect, and integrity, while dealing with ambiguity with grace and maturity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or relevant degree/experience.
  • Extensive combined network engineering and program management experience.
  • Able to be strategic, but also able to drive tactics and execution; willing to get your hands dirty and get the job done.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience leading in the delivery of large, complex, technical programs.
  • Deep expertise of networking technologies and data centers.
  • Exceptional communication abilities with technical and non-technical audiences, both verbal and written, including long-form business writing on complex topics.
  • Significant project management experience including scope, scheduling, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.
About the Role

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that will own end-to-end delivery of a large, and ambiguous program to deliver networking capabilities for our partners. You will lead a matrix team, across multiple organizations and executives, to plan, design, present, and implement these solutions.
