Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to the HR team, site management, and various stakeholders to drive positive changes across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Relations
- Get involved in employee relations activities, such as grievances, disciplinary processes, and absence management.
- Support, coach and advise key stakeholders on all HR issues, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, absence management and performance improvement.
- Communication and Engagement
- Assist in devising and implementing colleague communication and engagement strategies across the contract.
- Data Analysis
- Responsible for reporting contract data in a timely manner and identifying data trends and patterns to the HR Lead.
Requirements
- A proven track record in a similar capacity, preferably with exposure to an operational environment such as logistics, production, or manufacturing, along with a CIPD qualification, level 3 or 5 or studying towards.
- Strong working knowledge of employment law, HR policy/practice and employee relations.
