Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Tax Manager to join our team at Accountancy Expertise Ltd. As a key member of our tax department, you will be responsible for managing complex tax compliance and advisory matters for a large portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tax Compliance: Review and prepare corporate tax and LLP partnership tax returns for a wide range of industries, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Tax Advisory: Provide expert advice on tax planning opportunities, including capital allowance claims and R&D tax credit management.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including attending meetings and providing regular updates on tax matters.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the tax team to ensure seamless delivery of tax services and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and best practices, and share knowledge with the team to enhance our tax expertise.

Requirements:

  • Professional Qualification: Hold a professional qualification such as CTA and have a strong corporate tax background, preferably within practice of at least 5 years.
  • Experience: Have experience of managing your own portfolio of corporate tax clients, with an understanding of property tax and international tax matters.
  • Technical Skills: Possess a good working knowledge of systems such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and CCH.
